D&P Designs stands by the quality of our diamonds and jewelry, and we offer a one time only 14 day exchange/store credit policy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can request an exchange or store credit.
All products that are engraved or special orders (items that are not sold on our site) are not eligible for an exchange or store credit.
How do I initiate an exchange/store credit?
Please follow the below steps to initiate a return:
Send an email to email@example.com with your request. Our customer service team will assist you, requesting a reason for your exchange. Our team reserves the right to request any necessary proof of product images.
Ship the items back to our offices with the address provided via our customer service rep. Note: All products must be sent back via a major carrier and proof of insured shipping must be provided.
Please note: One time exchanges are only available for products of equal or higher value. If the product is of higher value, the customer will be requested to pay the difference. All orders must be returned in its original packaging. The product cannot be worn or have the tags removed, cannot be damaged, and must be returned with all supplied certificates. Returned products must arrive at our offices within 14 days from the date your order is delivered to you. We will not accept returned items without the original jewelry item, tags attached, proof of insured shipping, all associated certificates, or original packaging. If for any reason D&P Designs deems one of these items to be missing or has reason to believe the tags have been tampered with, your request will be void. If your return meets our criteria, we will issue store credit or initiate an exchange. Additionally, any fees associated with the original product purchase are non-refundable. D&P Designs is not responsible for damage or loss of shipments during the return process.
