• Where is your jewelry made?

All of our jewelry is made in the U.S.A.

• Can I customize a piece of jewelry?

Yes! Bring us your dream piece of jewelry and we will help you bring it to life.

• Can I get my item repaired?

All repairs are handled on a case by case basis. Please send us an email with your request.

• Can I buy a setting without a diamond?

We do not offer setting-only purchases at this time.

• Do you offer lab grown diamonds?

Yes. Lab grown diamonds are utilized upon request.

• Do you include appraisal with all purchases?

We offer complimentary appraisals on all jewelry priced over $3,500.

• Can I visit your office to view your jewelry?

Our goal is simple - providing you with the best quality product at the most affordable price. We’re able to do this by minimizing our costs and solely selling online.

• What is your return policy?

• How do I figure out my ring size?

We offer complimentary ring sizers to all our customers. Please click here to order yours.

• Can I order by phone?

• How will my order be shipped?

We provide insured, overnight shipping via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Your order will be shipped from any of these three major carriers.

• Do you ship worldwide?

We offer complimentary shipping on all orders in the U.S. Worldwide shipping is available upon request.

• Are your prices in US Dollars?

Yes.

• Do you offer financing?

We do not offer financing at this time.
